Madinah Hilton Hotel, Medina

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was amazing, just a few steps away from the Haram with many shops around, but sadly our rooms were not ready upon arrival, and the breakfast charges seemed exorbitant. The service from the Madinah Hilton staff, especially Ayman & Anas, was exceptional and they were always attentive to our needs.

Being very close to the Prophet's Mosque, the hotel location is superb for all kinds of travelers. The rooms, connected with wooden doors, offer a good view of the mosque and are well furnished. The service deserves 5 stars at any given time, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to special requests. The dining options, though OK, are varied and offer a good selection. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were huge, clean, and comfortable, although they were missing essential items like face towels and shower towels, which were only available upon request. The outdated room decor did not contribute to a soundproof environment. The service was exceptional in some aspects, very welcoming and accommodating, but somewhat inefficient at times. The location was convenient in terms of proximity to Masjid an-Nabawi, yet there were disappointments with delayed room readiness and overpriced breakfast. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with lovely food but high prices and not entirely suitable for a 5-star establishment.

The hotel rooms are good in size with very comfortable beds and are clean and quiet. The designated staff on the 3rd floor provided exceptional customer service, making our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is amazing, just 2 minutes away from the mosque, with a magnificent view. The dining experience needs improvement in terms of quality and variety.

The hotel is located centrally behind the Prophets Mosque in Madinah, less than 100m to the ladies gate. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff, particularly Mohamed Ali in reception, were super friendly, though the price might be considered high for some. The dining had plenty of variety but was a bit poor in quality, while the location and service were commendable.

The hotel's location is excellent with a beautiful ambiance and within walking distance to Al Masjid Al NABAWI, making it amazing for prayers. Our room was good and clean, but unfortunately, not ready upon arrival, leading to a wait with my elderly mother. The service, especially at breakfast time, was very helpful with courteous staff. The dining experience was great quality, catering to all dietary requirements, though some unhealthy food was noted. Overall, a convenient and value-for-money stay near the Mesjid Al Nabawi.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, providing a comfortable and clean experience. While there was a minor issue with the visible marks in the halls, the overall cleanliness was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Mohammed Masoudi, who made our check-in special. The location was extremely convenient, being near the mosque and close to essential areas. The dining experience was delicious, although it didn't reach the standards of a 5-star hotel. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.
